This is a little hidden gem in West Perth. Yen is the most lovely person and the service she provides is second to none. I am constantly complimented on how beautiful my lashes are and how natural they look and Yen is the fastest I’ve ever come across.Thank you so much and don’t change a thing!

Worst eyelash extension experience I have EVER had! Terrible customer service, eyes stinging the whole time and when I mentioned this during my appointment the lady got quite cross with me. Not to mention she did not lash all of my lashes and they fall out straight away. She did however manage to glue an eyelash to my bottom lashes and then pulled it out. I am really shocked and will be telling my friends to stay far away from this salon!

Yen is a wonderful eyelash technician who is super fast and super talented. She does a per fect job every single time. Is so lovely to chat with and always smiling. Her eyelashes are wonderful, so talented! Thank you

There's a reason there's so much availability! These are the shortest lasting lash extensions I've ever had. Within a week I'm getting gaps and needing a top up. They don't remove lashes that aren't sitting right before applying new ones. Often I have 3 false lashes attached to one of mine, or one falsey with two of my lashes. Not well applied, and not applied to last. Find somewhere else.

It was my first time getting lash extensions ever and they looked gorgeous! However, on about day two, clumps of lashes started falling out after I first washed them, and now it is day 3, and my right eye has no lash extensions on the inner or outer corners of my eye, and a couple of small clumps missing from the middle. They did look gorgeous to start with, however in the future I don’t think I would pay $155 for eyelash extensions which would begin falling out after two days.update: it has now been 10 days since i got the eyelash extensions and they look HORRIBLE. more than half of them have fallen out already, and so many have started curling in towards my eyes. i have done everything right, i waited more than 24 hours before first washing them, brushed them multiple times every day, and did not rub my eyes or do anything to irritate them. i have received so many comments from people saying how my lashes should not look this horrible already, and how i should have gone somewhere else. i don’t mean for this review to come across as a hate comment, however i am truly disappointed with the way these eyelashes turned out. i have never regretted something more in my life, they definitely were not worth $155 and i’m so upset with how they look.

It was my first time having eyelash extensions done and I was so scared they wouldn’t suite me, but luckily Yen did my eyelash extensions for me. My eyelashes now look so beautiful and full but so natural. Very impressed with Yen’s work.Thank you so much :)

i have been getting eyelash extensions here for about a year, and i will never go anywhere else or to anyone else but Yen! Not only is she so warm and kind, i am never disappointed with her application of my eyelashes or waxing of my eyebrows. i could not recommend her enough and have even gotten my Mum to fall in love with Yen and her expertise.

Jenny is amazing at doing my lash extensions. She is really professional and is a perfectionist when it comes to doing them each time. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Super friendly and helpful ☺️
